John Donnelly has more than 24 years of experience in the industry and spent 17 of those years working with new business and client development at Frauenshuh Companies before founding Donnelly Development in 2007. John's clients benefit from his extensive real estate experience, which includes the successful development, leasing and financing of more than 200 projects throughout the United States, including office, retail, industrial and residential mixed-use developments. John provides clients with a broad range of expertise in strategic planning, development, asset acquisition and disposition services.
John earned his BA in Government and International Relations from Dartmouth College. Prior to Frauenshuh Companies, he spent eight years in real estate development in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. He is a member of the National Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives and the Urban Land Institute. In addition to being a licensed Real Estate Broker and CEO of Donnelly Development, John serves on the Board of Directors of the Edina Chamber of Commerce, FMH, Verispace, FPD Power Development, and FHG of Minnesota. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time at the cabin with his family, golfing and coaching ice hockey.
